Podcast & Community Manager

Your responsibilities

Podcast production & hosting

• Plan, produce, and host BridgerPay’s podcast, featuring industry leaders, clients/partners, payment providers, and internal stakeholders

• Develop engaging episode topics and create a content calendar

• Coordinate recording sessions, guest bookings, and episode promotions

• Collaborate with the marketing team and graphic designers to ensure the podcast aligns with overall brand messaging and strategy

• Maintain adherence to organizational security policies and procedures
• Ensure proper handling of confidential and internal data

Community engagement

• Build and nurture an active online community of merchants, partners, and industry professionals

• Monitor and participate in industry-related forums, LinkedIn groups, and social channels to foster discussions and drive brand awareness

• Organize virtual and in-person events (e.g., webinars, meetups) to strengthen the community connection

Content collaboration

• Partner with the content and marketing teams to repurpose podcast material into blogs, social media posts, and videos

• Work with designers to create promotional assets for episodes and events

• Track and analyze podcast and community engagement metrics to improve strategy

What we’re looking for

• A charismatic communicator who feels at home behind a microphone and camera

• Experienced in creating content, hosting podcasts, or managing online communities

• Passionate about the fintech, payments, or tech space and eager to stay updated on industry trends

• A strong writer with the ability to craft engaging content for multiple platforms

• A highly organized multitasker with excellent attention to detail

Requirements

• Proven experience in podcast hosting, community building, or a similar role

• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

• Familiarity with podcast recording and editing tools 

• Experience managing social media platforms and online communities

• Ability to analyze metrics and adapt strategies based on insights
